Born in the small town of Bracebridge in Ontario, Canada, Isla-Maria grew up in a household that encouraged creativity, honing her craft since she was only three years old and appearing in countless productions ranging from musical theatre to competitive dance. She is a lover of R&B, pop, rock, hip-hop, and everything in between.

Choosing conviction over convention, she committed fully to her career as an artist, a decision that has only accelerated her trajectory.

Now splitting her time between Toronto and Los Angeles, Isla-Maria is deep in the studio, refining a sound that is both emotionally resonant and commercially compelling.
